ISO Horse to Ride (SB)

In search of a horse to ride! I've ridden on and off my whole life, but haven't owned a horse for several years.
I desperately miss riding and would love to find a horse that needs riding, arena or trails or lessons, I'm open to anything.
I've ridden english, jumped, dressage, eventing, etc.
Lease possible, but I am a single mom raising two teenagers, getting ready to pay for college, so not a lot of discretionary funds.
