Rise Healing Center, a group private practice based in Santa Barbara, is looking for part time and/or full time licensed mental health therapists to join our team.
We are looking to fill a hybrid role and are located in Santa Barbara, where you can see clients in our beautiful office at least one day a week.
We are a practice that specializes in EMDR and provides high quality care grounded in an understanding of trauma, attachment, and relational healing
We have a strong preference for therapists who are already basic trained in EMDR but are also willing to provide a $1,000 stipend to receive basic trainings.
We will provide advanced EMDR certification for you, as we strive for providing the highest quality of care.
The owner of our practice is an EMDR consultant and will be able to provide you with your certification hours herself and to support you generally in developing your skills.
Other desirable trainings or interests include couples work trainings, brainspotting, ACT, polyvagal theory, parts work, somatic techniques and mindfulness.
Rise Healing Center provides a steady stream of referrals and works hard to market the practice.
Candidates must be independent, driven, collaborative, and enhance the fun, connected, and positive-minded group of clinicians that we are building.
Candidate will be employee W2 status.
You will likely see a mix of private pay and EAP clients.

*Requirements are:*
* Current State of California LMFT or LCSW license
* Willing to work 10 hours per week or more
* Understanding that building a full caseload will take time
* You cannot already have your own private practice but you can work in another private practice setting, so long as we establish clear boundaries
*Desirable Qualifications:*
* EMDR trained from an EMDRIA approved organization
* Training in brainspotting, ACT, polyvagal theory, parts work, somatic techniques and mindfulness
* Prior private practice experience is a plus
