Does Anyone Recognize This Little Chihuahua? (GOLETA)

On Tuesday, Jan 23rd, this little chihuahua was found running on the 200 block Camino Del Remedio/Calle Real with her blue leash attached, wearing a red/black jacket & a little bell attached to her pink rhinestone collar.
She is not microchipped nor does she have any ID tag.
She is safe at the SB County Animal Service on 5473 Overpass Road in Goleta, but she is scared & terrified.
