Looking to adopt a bird

Hey guys.
I’m looking to add a conure to our household.
I don’t have a lot of money to Buy a bird.
We have an amazing cage, I am home ALOT.
I am a single mom with 2 teenagers ( one is a foster) they would Love to have a new friend to care for.
Your feathered friend would have a great life with lots of attention and Love.
We aren’t opposed to a bird that picks their feathers or an older bird.
I can’t afford buy one but I have a huge cage and LOTS of food.
I have bird experience .
We really miss having a conure around
