‘24/‘25 65-Sabado Tarde Lease (Santa Barbara)

hi everyone ! i’m looking for two housemates for my 2024-2025 65** Sabado Tarde lease ! 2 bed 2 Bath, one parking spot, rent is $965.
It’s about 3 minutes from ucsb campus, 2 minutes from the beach, really clean and cute apartment (alc/420 friendly too).
would need to apply by jan 10th, the lease begins in june 2024.
