Away from home a lot? (Santa Barbara)

I have been a professional house sitter who is great with animals in particular for a long time.
If you are away a lot, it may make sense for you to have someone living there in a room on property.
I am looking for just such a scenario and hoping to find someone with matching wants and needs long-term.
I'm very nice guy who is considerate, neat, quiet, athletic and I eat nutritionally.
I'm seeking a room on a property long-term and I'm happy to fulfill certain responsibilities that are necessary.
