Quiet male in early 40's looking for a furnished or unfurn room (Goleta, Ca)

Male who is a pilot and quiet looking for a room (prefer furnished) as I fly out of Santan Barbara with a company and when enough days our between I go back to another state.
I would prefer this consideration in paying rent hopefully reduced some.
This is a possible long-term situation.
I am quiet and congenial.
