Temporary housing (Santa Barbara)

Hi there, I am looking for a 3 month LIVE/WORK TRADE situation during my upcoming time in Santa Barbara (mid June to mid Sept).
I want to be in or near SB (my daughter is due with her first baby mid May) in-case she needs baby help and support.
I will also be doing some volunteer work on local farms during my stay.
I am a semi-retired Preschool teacher and Jill of all Trades (well the ones listed below at least.
.
lol).
What I have done in the past in exchange for a guest house or private room with private bath is the following: housekeeping, child-care, pet/plant care, cooking, organizing, gardening/weeding, errands and other PA type work (I normally get paid anywhere from $25-$35 an hour for these types of jobs).
I usually offer 12-14 hours a week (value of 1,200-1,800 a month) of of work in exchange for rent; (hours I work for you will depend on value of situation/accommodations) and agreed upon value exchange.
Hours can be daily; 2 hours a day or broken up into any configuration; I am fairly flexible.
