Looking for quiet room in house to rent (Santa Barbara)

Hello! I am a medical professional, looking to relocate from the Central Coast to Santa Barbara within the next couple of months.
I'm moving to be closer to family.
I am employed full time and financially independent.
I have three adult children that are living independently.
My lifestyle is fairly quiet-I enjoy yoga, pilates and hiking.
Eat healthy and to bed early and usually up early.
I've owned several homes in the past and will treat your home as my own-would love to help with gardening :) I do not smoke, do drugs or consume excessive alcohol.
I enjoy reading and camping.
FYI, I have a 5 year old Australian Shepherd that is fully house trained and very pleasant.
I am more than willing to have you meet him so you can check out his credentials as well.
Also, he goes to work with me one day a week and provides emotional therapy the staff and patients where I work (and me!) .
Can provide references also from prior landlord.
My credit score is excellent per Credit Karma-804.
