Overview:
Provides the highest level of Guest Service, by performing cashiering functions in support of the Cage/Vault Department.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible and accountable for a window bank, as assigned.
• May be assigned to any location which includes the Main Cage, Kiosk Operations, Vault Operations, and Hard/Soft Count Room.
• Provides the highest level of Guest service.
• Makes change, redeems tickets, and chips for guest from the assigned bank.
• May be assigned to verify transactions completed by other Team Members as required.
• Trains new Cashiers as assigned.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately.
• Remains current with Title 31 regulations.
• Processes fills and credits to Table Games when assigned a Card Room bank.
• Issues and receives Food & Beverage Cashier banks.
Issues and receives Slot banks.
• Processes Credit & Debit Card advances.
• Performs check cashing.
• Issues and receives Marker transactions.
• Rotates as a Kiosk Operator in Kiosk Operation.
• Processes Team Member transactions, which includes payments and daily recording of employee tips.
• Knowledgeable in promotional events within the casino.
• Resolves or redirects inquiries from guests regarding casino promotions and services.

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
• One year experience in a related field.
• Previous experience in hospitality, sales, marketing, promotions, and/or public relations is preferred.
• Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.
• Native American hiring preference applies.
