We are hiring a full-time Sales Specialist for our showroom on State Street in Santa Barbara.
We are looking for a Sales Specialist to provide excellent customer service and help guide customers through a sale.
The Sales Specialist plays a crucial role in driving sales and creating a unique and memorable customer experience in store.
As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers and demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of our product and offerings, including styles, stories, materials, and features.
Your main objective is to drive sales by helping customers find the perfect pieces to meet their design needs; all while exceeding their customer service expectations.
This position requires a positive and upbeat personality, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping customers find the perfect products to enhance their living spaces.
A background in furniture sales, design, or related fields is preferred, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals is essential.

* Meet/Exceed monthly sales goals

*Key Skills*
* Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Associate or similar role
* Ability to listen to customer needs and guide them to the right solutions
* Positive and upbeat personality
* Understanding of the sales process
* Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
* Basic math skills
* Track record of achieving sales quotas
* Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
* Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
* Flexibility to work various shifts
* High school degree
* Bachelor's degree is a plus
