Deutsche Marks for Dollars - currency exchange - $3 (Santa Barbara, Lompoc, Santa Maria)

Do you have German Deutsche Marks from your travels? I buy your old Deutsche Marks for 1/3 the face value so 1/3 the value on DM100 = US $100.
I am travelling to Germany next month.
I am not a collector, so I don't care about the condition so long there is half of it left.
It can be ripped, stained, whatever.
Please email photos of whole bills and watermarks, and we can organize a *public* place to meet for our safety in Lompoc, Santa Barbara, or Goleta.
I pay out via Paypal or Venmo.
Accepted: Bundesbank, Bundesrepublic, Federal Republic of Germany banknotes and coins 1948-2000ish when the Euro replaced the Mark.
Not accepted: No DDR/East German or Reichsmarks currency.
