Program Manager, Defense Systems

Dynamic’s client is seeking a Program Manager, Defense Systems, for a permanent position in Santa Barbara, CA.
This position is primarily onsite with occasional work from home days.
NOTE: Out of state candidates must be willing to relocate to California (relocation assistance provided).
Candidates must be willing to obtain a secret security clearance.
Qualifications: * 5+ years of program management experience including full product lifecycle * Experience with program related budgets, schedules, deliverable timeline, reports, etc.
* Comfortable with interacting with business leaders and customers * Experience with RFP’s * Material control system experience * Ground systems/weapons systems experience preferred * PMP preferred * Active security clearance or ability to obtain a security clearance Job Type: Full-time Pay: $140,000.
00 - $180,000.
